Before we delve into the future, let us briefly summarize the past and the present according to Scripture.

In the past before the completion or perfection of Scripture, the prophets, Jesus Christ and the apostles performed signs and wonders (miracles) and prophesied as a way of confirming their message and indicating that they were approved by God to deliver the message from God to mankind as recorded in Scripture. This is attested to by that written in Mark 16:20, Hebrews 2:1-4, Luke 7:20-23 and elsewhere in Scripture.

With the completion or perfection of Scripture in the First Century AD as indicated clearly in Jude 1:3, there was no longer any need for signs and wonders or miracles since their purpose was to confirm the message that is recorded in Scripture. So the signs and wonders or miracles ceased in the First Century AD with the completion or perfection of Scripture as recorded in Jude 1:3.

Since the completion of Scripture in the First Century AD and the cessation of signs and wonders or miracles, there have been many attempts both by deceitful preachers and the many deluded Christians (who sincerely consider themselves to be true Christians performing great works in the name of Jesus Christ but are  fatally mistaken — refer to Matthew 7:21-23 and 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12) to show that God has approved them by performing fake or lying signs and wonders or fake miracles that can all be explained by medical science, the placebo effect, psychological prompting and other natural explanations.

As we have shown from Scripture, God has already completed or perfected Scripture and delivered it to us so there is no need for signs and wonders or miracles to confirm any preacher as no one is permitted to add to or subtract from Scripture as indicated in Galatians 1:8-9, Revelation 22:18-19 and elsewhere in Scripture.

A very revealing feature of all the fake or lying signs and wonders or fake miracles that false preachers have claimed to perform since the perfection and delivery of Scripture is that they cannot be independently verified.

We challenge anyone who claims to perform signs and wonders or miracles to perform an independently verifiable healing of an amputee (Luke 22:49-51) or to raise the long dead and buried from the grave (Matthew 27:52-53) as these can easily be verified if true.

Matthew 7:21-23

21 Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’

23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Thessalonians 2:9-12

The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie,

10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie

12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

We cannot find truth in the churches today since practically all churches today teach the false doctrine of a future Great Tribulation and as Scripture reminds us in Galatians 5:9, a little leaven leavens the whole lump, meaning that any false doctrine is destructive and corrupts completely.

Consequently, we must heed the message in John 4:21-24 where we are instructed to worship God not in a particular place or with a particular group but rather in spirit and in truth. We are aware that we are encouraged in Hebrews 10:25 not to forsake the gathering together of the brethren but we must note that that recommendation assumes that such gatherings are led by spirit-filled leaders who refrain from teaching false doctrine as was the case in the First Century AD when the recommendation was given unlike the churches of today that obviously lack such leaders as evidenced by the teaching of false doctrine such as the false doctrine of a future Great Tribulation. Given the fact that the churches of today teach false doctrine, the recommendation that we come together is amply fulfilled by interactions such as the current one where you are reading this message since Scripture declares in Matthew 18:20 that where two or three are gathered in the name of the Lord, the Lord is present in their midst.

Galatians 5:9

A little leaven leavens the whole lump.

John 4:21-14

21 Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father.

22 You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews.

23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Hebrews 10:25

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Matthew 18:20

For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.

Note that Jesus Christ declares in John 4:22 that salvation is of the Jews. Scripture defines a Jew in Romans 2:28-29 as one who is a Jew inwardly by virtue of having the Spirit of God (approved by God and not necessarily by men) and bearing the fruits of the Spirit. Additionally, we learn in Deuteronomy 32:8-10 that when God divided their inheritance to the nations, he set the boundaries of the people according to the number of the children of Israel. Consequently, believers from the nations are incorporated into a single Israel of God in whom the Spirit of God dwells and who therefore keep the commands of God and hold fast the testimony of Jesus.

Romans 2:28-29

28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh;

29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.

Deuteronomy 32:8-10
When the Most High divided their inheritance to the nations,
When He separated the sons of Adam,
He set the boundaries of the peoples
According to the number of the children of Israel.
For the Lord’s portion is His people;
Jacob is the place of His inheritance.

In order to worship God in spirit and in truth, we need to ask for and receive (Matthew 7:7-11) the Holy Spirit.

Then the Holy Spirit will lead us into all truth, show us things to come (John 16:13) and guarantee our entry into the Everlasting Kingdom or eternal life (as we do the will of God) as explained in Ephesians 1:13-14 and elsewhere in Scripture.

To learn the truth, we must study Scripture to show ourselves approved unto God as recorded in 2 Timothy 2:15 and elsewhere in Scripture.

Matthew 7:7-11

7 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?

10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

John 16:13

However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

Ephesians 1:13-14

13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

2 Timothy 2:15

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

The false prosperity doctrine is taught in some churches today although it is much less popular than the false doctrine of a future Great Tribulation that is taught by practically all churches today.

According to the false prosperity doctrine, God is expected to bless believers with material prosperity in this world, for example, in the form of material wealth and physical health.

Those who believe the false prosperity doctrine would do well to heed the admonition in Scripture (Luke 12:15, Matthew 4:4, Philippians 3:17-21) that we should watch out against covetousness since a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his material wealth, that man must not live by bread alone and that those who mind earthly things will meet destruction.

Additionally, spirit-filled men of God such a Paul (Philippians 4:10-13, 2 Corinthians 12:7-10) and Timothy (1 Timothy 5:23) sometimes suffered material lack and sicknesses that God did not heal them from (in fact the use of wine or medicine instead of water alone was recommended for Timothy’s stomach issues and other frequent sicknesses) — completely destroying the foundations of the false prosperity doctrine.

Note that as written in Matthew 5:45, God causes the sun to rise on both the evil and the good and He sends the rain on both the just and the unjust — meaning that God has given both the wicked and the righteous the opportunity to achieve material prosperity.

Scripture informs us explicitly in 2 Timothy 3:13 and elsewhere that evil men and impostors (including deceivers, scammers, charlatans and preachers of false doctrines) will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

2 Timothy 3:13

But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

Now let us turn our attention to the future of humanity according to Scripture.

The future of humanity revolves around the mission of the Anointed, the Messiah or Christ since according to Scripture (Colossians 1:15-18 and elsewhere) all things were created by Him and in Him all things consist.

The framework for the future is outlined in the three (3) distinct activities of Christ highlighted in Isaiah 61:1-3, namely:

(1.) Introduction of the Gospel (Past: First Century AD)

(2.) The Day of Vengeance (Past: First Century AD)

(3.) The Restoration (Current / Future)

We will discuss the future according to Scripture on the basis of this framework recorded in Isaiah 61:1-3.

Colossians 1:15-18

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Isaiah 61:1-3

1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,
Because the Lord has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn,
To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

(1.) Introduction of the Gospel (Past: First Century AD)

The Anointed or Messiah or Christ was born of Mary the wife of Joseph around the beginning of the First Century AD and was named Jesus as is widely known today. The widely used AD calendar system is based on his year of birth.

The circumstances of his birth are recorded in Scripture where in Luke 2:8-20 it is recorded that with his birth angels (who later went into heaven) appeared to a group of shepherds tending their flock by night, among other events.

He started his mission after coming of age, being baptized by John the Baptist and being anointed by the Holy Spirit as recorded in Scripture. He attested to his anointing and his mission in Luke 4:16-21 where he read from Isaiah 61:1-2a and proclaimed that that prophecy had just been fulfilled in the midst of his hearers.

Jesus Christ declared on many occasions (John 8:23, John 6:51, John 3:13) that he had descended from heaven even though he was actually born of the woman Mary.

Luke 4:16-21

16 So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read.

17 And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written:

18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

20 Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him.
21 And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture isfulfilled in your hearing.”

John 8:23

And He said to them, You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

John 6:51

I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.

John 3:13

No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.

Jesus Christ introduced the gospel and performed mighty works in fulfillment of the prophecy contained in Isaiah 61:1-2a.

He was crucified, buried and then rose from the dead at the completion of his mission.

He commissioned his disciples to preach the good news of the gospel to the ends of the earth or to every creature as recorded in Mark 16:14-16 and elsewhere, explaining in Matthew 24:14 and elsewhere in Scripture that then would the end of their world come.

Then he ascended into heaven (with a shout and with the sound of a trumpet — Psalm 47:5) to sit at the right hand side of the Father according to Scripture. Note that in eyewitness accounts of the ascension such as Acts 1, there are no records of the perception of the shout or the sound of the trumpet by the human eyewitnesses.

The disciples faithfully preached the good news of the gospel as instructed and took the gospel to the whole world in the First Century AD as recorded in Colossians 1:23, Romans 16:25-27 and elsewhere.

The end of their world in the cataclysm that was the Great Tribulation took place in the First Century AD during the lifetime of the contemporaries of Jesus Christ as prophesied.

Mark 16:14-16

14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen.

15 And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved;but he who does not believe will be condemned.

Psalm 47:5

God has gone up with a shout,
The Lord with the sound of a trumpet.

Matthew 24:14

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Colossians 1:23

If indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Romans 16:25-27

25 Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began 26 but now made manifest, and by the prophetic Scriptures made known to all nations, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, for obedience to the faith—

27 to God, alone wise, be glory through Jesus Christ forever. Amen.

(2.) The Day of Vengeance (Past: First Century AD)

We learn from Luke 21:20-22 that the fulfillment of the Day of Vengeance prophesied in Isaiah 61:2 corresponded to the devastation of the Great Tribulation that befell the First Century AD contemporaries of Jesus Christ in the events surrounding the Fall of Jerusalem sometime around 66-70 AD.

Luke 21:20-22

20 But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near. 21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart, and let not those who are in the country enter her.

22 For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Note that around the time of the Day of Vengeance, which we have seen is synonymous with the Great Tribulation that took place in the First Century AD, the name of Jesus Christ had changed to a new name known only to Him as recorded in Revelation 3:12 and Revelation 19:12 where (in Revelation 19) He is shown defeating the Beast that rises up out of the sea and allied enemies of God Almighty.

Revelation 3:12

He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.

Revelation 19:12

His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns.

He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.

(3.) The Restoration (Current / Future)

The restoration is now upon us and God Almighty calls upon you to repent and be converted that you may partake in the restoration.

As prophesied in Acts 3:19-21 and elsewhere, Jesus Christ (now bearing a new name as expressly stated in Revelation 3:12 and Revelation 19:12) will again minister (judge and rule — see Isaiah 2:4 and elsewhere in Scripture) in person here on earth.

Acts 3:19-21

19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

20 and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before,

21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.

According to Scripture (Hebrews 12:22-24, Ephesians 2:4-7, John 5:24-27, Galatians 4:26, Revelation 12:1-2, Revelation 12:17 and elsewhere), those who have faith in Jesus Christ (true Christians) are the New Jerusalem or Heavenly Jerusalem and although they still have corruptible bodies here on earth (see Romans 8:18-23 and elsewhere in Scripture), they are in heaven right now in spirit where their spirits live and stand perfect before God and where they are seated in heavenly places with Jesus Christ.

This is a critically important fact and is worth repeating here.

Scripture teaches expressly (Hebrews 12:22-24, Ephesians 2:4-7, John 5:24-27, Galatians 4:26, Revelation 12:1-2, Revelation 12:17 and elsewhere) that the New Jerusalem or Heavenly Jerusalem is the Church of Christ — the body of true Christians who have faith in Jesus Christ and keep the commandments of God — and that they are currently in heaven in spirit (spirits of just men made perfect and alive — see Hebrews 12:22-24 and John 5:24-27) and are seated in heavenly places with Jesus Christ — see Ephesians 2:4-7.

The New Jerusalem or Heavenly Jerusalem (with Jesus Christ as the Head or Firstborn) is the mother of all true believers or true Christians as is clear from Galatians 4:26, Revelation 12:1-2, Revelation 12:17 and elsewhere in Scripture.

But you may ask: What about the promise Jesus Christ made to the disciples in John 14:1-6 where He said he was going to prepare a place for them and would come back and receive them to Himself so that wherever He is, there they may be also?

That promise was fulfilled with the sending of the Holy Spirit after Jesus Christ ascended to heaven — making it possible for Jesus Christ, the Father and the Holy Spirit to make their dwelling in the believer and fulfilling the promise of ensuring that He is always with the believer — see John 14:18-24 and Matthew 28:19-20. The mansions or dwelling places refer to the offices or roles occupied by various members of the body of Christ through the gifts of the Holy Spirit including apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, and so on, as clearly explained in Ephesians 4:11-16 and elsewhere in Scripture.

As mentioned earlier, the true believers, like the rest of creation, still have corruptible bodies here on earth as laid bare in Romans 8:18-23 and elsewhere in Scripture even when their spirits have been made alive and perfect in heaven in the New Jerusalem or Heavenly Jerusalem — see Hebrews 12:22-24, John 5:24-27, Ephesians 2:4-7 and elsewhere.

Hebrews 12:22-24

22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels,

23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,

24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

Ephesians 2:4-7

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,

even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

John 5:24-27

24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

25 Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.

26 For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself,

27 and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.

Galatians 4:26

But the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all.

Revelation 12:1-2

1 Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.

Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth.

Revelation 12:17

And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Romans 8:18-23

18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.

20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;

21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.

23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.

At the restoration, the New Jerusalem or Heavenly Jerusalem will descend from heaven to earth — bringing the glorious realities of the spirits of the true believers made perfect and alive (Hebrews 12:22-24, Ephesians 2:4-7, John 5:24-27) fully into their corruptible bodies and resulting in the redemption of our body and creation and the revealing of the sons of God — see Revelation 21:1-4 and Romans 8:18-23.

(Note that as already explained, the New Jerusalem or Heavenly Jerusalem refers to the Church of Christ, the assembly of true believers and is the mother of all of the people of God including Jesus Christ (the Head and Firstborn) as is clear from Hebrews 12:22-24, Revelation 12:1-2, Revelation 12:17, Galatians 4:26 and elsewhere in Scripture.)

Then will the resurrection (of the dead true believers) and the transformation to incorruptibility (of the living true believers) — 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 — take place and a new heaven and a new earth become manifest. At that time there will be a 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ (now bearing a new name as stated in Revelation 3:12 and Revelation 19:12 and coming back in the manner described in Acts 1:9-11) and His selected true believers (Revelation 20:4-6) followed by judgment after a rebellion by Satan and his followers (Revelation 20:7-15) and God Himself will dwell among His people and wipe away all tears from their eyes so that there will be no more sorrow, no more pain, no more tears, no more curse and no more death for the people of God. The true believers will have the name of God written on their foreheads (belonging faithfully to God, thinking thoughts and doing deeds that align with the will of God) and will reign forever and ever — Revelation 21:1-4, Revelation 22:1-5.

As written in Revelation 21:1-4 and elsewhere, the restoration will bring great comfort to all who mourn in Zion (the true believers or New Jerusalem or Heavenly Jerusalem — Hebrews 12:22-24) since God will dwell or tabernacle with them and there will be no more sorrow, no more weeping, no more pain, no more tears and no more death. Indeed as written in Isaiah 61, they will have beauty for ashes,
the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

There will be an abundance of peace — Isaiah 2:4 — and the knowledge of the glory of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea — Habakkuk 2:14.

And so the saints (true believers who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ) will reign forever, even forever and ever — Daniel 7:18.

Acts 1:9-11

Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.

10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel,

11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope.

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.

16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.

17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Corinthians 15:51-52

51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—

52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Revelation 20:4-6

And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Revelation 21:1-4

1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.

Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Revelation 22:1-5

1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.

They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.

There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

Isaiah 2:4

He shall judge between the nations,
And rebuke many people;
They shall beat their swords into plowshares,
And their spears into pruning a]hooks;
Nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
Neither shall they learn war anymore.

Habakkuk 2:14

For the earth will be filled
With the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,
As the waters cover the sea.

Daniel 7:18

But the saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.

When Will The Restoration Take Place?

The resurrection, an integral part of the restoration, will take place in this our generation. The Holy Spirit showed this to the author in accordance with John 16:13-15. The author was shown the identity of at least one individual (now long deceased) who will take part in the resurrection and whose resurrection will be witnessed by the author. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit has shown the author in accordance with John 16:13-15 that the author will partake in the restoration. Now the author believes that this is true using a process of reasoning similar to logical induction as follows: All prophesies of this nature shown to the author in the past came to pass in the fullness of time exactly as shown. Therefore, this prophesy too will come to pass in this our generation. You can test this yourself by watching out to see if the resurrection will take place in this our generation.

John 16:13-15

13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

14 He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.

15 All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.
